FAQ

Changes to reservations +

For changes to your reservation (time or party size), or if you’d like to cancel, please use the link in your confirmation email (“Endre eller kanseller” / “Kanseller reservasjonen”). If you need to cancel within 6 hours of your booking, send an email to reservations@rodeooslo.no with “TIME SENSITIVE” in the subject. For all other inquiries, email us at the same address. While we can’t guarantee changes on short notice, we’ll always do our best.

Waitlist +

If tables become available, we’ll reach out by call or SMS. You will only be seated if you confirm. There is no need to notify us if your plans change or to ask to be removed from the waitlist.

Outdoor dining +

We have a 24-seat outdoor bistro opening at the end of April. This area is not bookable - if you’d like to sit outside, reserve a table and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, outdoor seating is first come, first served. We also have space for drinks outside on the stairs and benches. Our terrace bar (new space) is opening in the beginning of May.

Walk-ins +

Yes! Our bar (10 seats) and wine lounge are always available on a first come, first served basis. We also accommodate walk-ins for tables when possible — including outside.

Allergies & Intolerances +

We do our best to accommodate allergies and sensitivities, including gluten, lactose, and vegetarian needs. Allergens are listed on our online menu, and we adapt dishes where possible. If you have any allergies or special preferences, please use the booking link in your confirmation email and add it in the comment field — this is the best way for our team to be notified before your visit.

Vegetarian & vegan +

We always offer vegetarian options, and can accommodate vegan guests. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Table duration +

Tables are allocated for a set duration to ensure smooth service. This will be stated in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise specified, the standard seating time is 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Late arrivals +

We hold your table for a limited time (~15 minutes). If you’re running late, please let us know by emailing reservations@rodeooslo.no - otherwise the table may be given to other guests.

Dogs +

Dogs are welcome. Please note that not all tables are suitable, and dogs must not be in the way of guests or staff. We can’t guarantee a specific table, as this depends on the dog’s size. Let us know in your booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Wine List +

Our wine list is updated regularly and will be published online soon. Please note that availability may change — our team will happily guide you when you arrive.

Babies, toddlers & strollers +

Everyone is welcome. We limited to no space for strollers inside, but they can always be parked outside. We have a limited number of high chairs available — please let us know in advance if you need one. We kindly ask that you keep in mind the overall flow of the restaurant when visiting with small children. It’s also a space where we play louder music.
